Strength/Gymnastics:
Back Squat
1×8@65% 1×6@75% 1×4@85% 1×4@90%
Front Squat
1×5@70% 1×4@80% 1×3@85% 1×3@90%

WOD:
With a continuously running clock 5 Double Unders every minute. Add 5 DUs every minute until you cannot complete the prescribed amount of DUs in the respective minute. Cap is 15 minutes. Once you have reached your stopping point, ME Burpees for remaining time.
