Thursdays are always programmed rest days. We follow a 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off program. Which gives you 2 programmed rest days a week. So if you have hit all 3 workouts this week, come in and work on some mobility, stability, or recovery. Hop on a piece of equipment for 30-40 minutes and flush out some of those toxins that have built up.
If you have missed a day, come in and make it up!
