Extremely Proud of CrossFit Burn athlete, Jesse Coffey.  This weekend he competed in his first Power lifting meet at Crystal Coast Strength and Conditioning.  With a 1425 total, Jesse took first place in the military division, and Second in the men’s open 198 division.  Keep it up brother, that Elite total is right around the corner.  Jesse’s lifts were 560 Deadlift, 525 squat, and 340 Bench.  Special Thanks to all the folks at CCSC for being so welcoming, and Tony and Skyler for all your help.jesse1.
