20 Minutes of Split Jerk Work and Technique

 

Wod:

Death by 10 Meters

Every minute on he minute sprint 10 meters adding one sprint each minute. For instance, to start the athlete will sprint 10 meters. Minute 2, the athlete will sprint 10 meters 2x continuing this sequence until the athlete can no longer finish their sprints within the minute.
