Ok folks, The Open season is here. For the next five weeks, the schedule will go as such.
Monday, Tuesday and Saturday will be our regular programming. Wednesday will be Benchmark day. We will pick a classic CrossFit “girl”workout, and focus on a specific skill for that day. Tomorrow being “Jackie”, we will focus specifically on rowing. Thursday will be our normal Rest/Recovery day. We will have open gym at 0900 and 430. Toni will Teach Yoga and 530, and will will have a specialty class at 530. We will then watc the open announcement live at 8pm. Friday will be whatever Open workout is announced Thursday evening. Classes will be at 0530, 0830, 0930, in the morning. Then, the first heat of Friday night lights will start at 430pm. We will run heats until everyone is finished. If you have any questions, please get with one of the coaches. we look forwars to an awesome 5 weeks!
