Rest and Recover! How do you recover? It’s important that rest and recovery days are exactly that. They should not be CHEAT days! You need to replenish and refuel your body. Make sure your nutrition, supplements, sleep, and water intake are on point! This day is the most important one in your training. Make sure you move, stretch, and do some mobility.
