*We had some confusion over this WOD on the schedule, so we are subbing it with a GREAT WOD from CrossFit Belltown, where Steve and Kyle got to meet theĀ God-Father!

Strength: EMOM for 5 minutes 10 T2B, EMOM for 5 minutes 10 KB swings (HAP), EMOM for 5 minutes 1 TGU each arm (HAP).

Run 800m
50 Wall-Ball Shots (20/14)

*Beginners (anyone with CrossFit for less than 2 months) do 400m runs and 25 WBS each round!
