Strength: Front Squat – 1×8 @40%, 1×5 @ 60%, 1×3 @ 70%, and 1×1 @ 80%, 90%, and 105+%
Rest 3-4 minutes between squats after 80%!

WOD:

3 rounds for working time of:
10 Push Press 135/95#
15 HR Pushups
20 Pullups
*Rest 2 minutes after each round.
