Strength/WOD: Learn the Snatch!
Today we are going to teach the Snatch to you. The Snatch is *THE MOST* technical/complicated/bad-ass lift you can learn in all of CrossFit/Weightlifting. That means that some of you, especially beginners and those with mobility issues, may not be able to execute this move. For those athletes we will work on the Overhead Squat and work a lot with PVC!
For those more experienced athletes, and those with good fundamentals, this is will *STILL* be a difficult and challenging day! Have Fun!
