3 @ 70%, 3 @ 80%, Max Effort @ 90%

MetCon:
Tabata “I’m game for whatever”

Handstand holds
Sit-ups
Wallballs (20/14)
KB Swings (24/16kg)

Complete 8 Rds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement before moving on to the next movement.

Daily WOD

BBG:
Warm-up for 10 minutes then-
3 attempts to establish a 1RM Snatch

Conditioning:
4 rounds of-
25 – Split jumps
15 – Pull-ups
7 – Ground to overhead (135/95)
