Weekly Challenge:
Have a snack on us! Win a free can of Kill Cliff and a KC Bar. The member with the most kiosk sign-ins per week will win these Tasty treats. You can only sign-in once per day, HOWEVER, once a week you can sign-in twice to add to your total. You must attend the class you sign-in for and there will be a different winner each week.

Food Drive:
We will be collecting food for the New Bern Branch of the Central and Eastern North Carolina Food Bank this month. Please bring your donations to the gym and let help those in need this holiday season.

What to Donate: Nutritious, non-perishable food! Listed below are the most needed items:
Canned Fruits, Canned Vegetables, and Soup (Pop-top cans and low sodium a plus!)
Whole Grain Pasta, Brown Rice, Dried Beans, and Cereal
Peanut Butter
For Infants: Formula, Infant Cereal, Diapers, and Wipes
For Kids: Fruit Cups, Juice Boxes, Granola Bars, Crackers, Popcorn and Sugar-Free Pudding Cups
Non-Food Essentials: Hygiene Items, Household Items, and Paper Products
*Please – No loose glass and plastic jars of baby food as they will have to be discarded due to health regulations

Christmas Party:

CrossFit Burn will be hosting a CrossFitters’ Christmas Party at 7:30pm so clear your calendars for the evening of December 18th! This event will be a potluck style dinner so dust off your best holiday recipes and share them with those we share so much with on a daily basis!!
