Automatic Payments are MandatoryMembership Payments are automatically drafted as a credit card payment, EFT from a bank account, or due in cash on the 1st of every month. We do NOT accept any other methods or dates of payment!
Canceling A MembershipIf you want to cancel your membership, we require notification via Email at least 5 days in advance of the 1st of the month! If you do not contact us before the 1st of the month, we will NOT issue refunds!
We offer a variety of membership and pricing options to fit your CrossFit needs. Please keep in mind that for CrossFit to have the biggest positive effective on you, we recommend you attend class at least 3 days a week.  Our preferred schedule for most people is 5 days a week – work Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, rest on Thursday, work Friday/Saturday, and rest again on Sunday.
We understand that some of our athletes have extremely busy and unique schedules, and while we offer a wide range of WOD times, our On-Ramp has limited daily availability. We want to do everything possible to support every athlete, so we also offer private On-Ramp sessions! For an additional cost per person, we will put you in direct contact with one of our coaches who will work out a time that fits your schedule. Together, you will develop all of the skills needed to complete our On-Ramp program, and graduate to our daily WOD program!
