If you have hit all the work this week, today is a well deserved rest day. That doesn’t mean sit around and not do anything. Use your fitness! Play a new sport, go for a run, swim, bike, come do some yoga, work on a skill. Make sure all of your food and supplements are perfect today! If you want a cheat day, today is not the day. Prepare your body for two more days of hard work.
